All Pacific faculty (including emeriti), students and staff are eligible to borrow library materials. Faculty family members and emeritus spouses are also eligible. A current valid university ID (available at the PacificCard Office on the McCaffrey side of Anderson Hall) is necessary for students, faculty and staff. Special Borrowers' cards may be available for other categories of borrowers. A fee may apply. Please inquire at the Circulation Department.
Library materials are due at the time and/or date stamped on the date due slip, or as stated when borrowed, renewed, or as stated on a recall notice, if sent. A book drop is available for return of non-audiovisual materials.
All circulating materials are subject to recall after two weeks. Late materials are subject to overdue fines. Failure to return a recalled item within seven days will result in the borrower being charged a fee for the replacement of the item.
Except for Faculty, borrowers are charged for overdue items as follows:
Regular
material: $0.25/day/item.
Reserves: $1.00/hour/item.
All borrowers are charged for the following:
Videos
and Recalled material: $1.00/day
Fines accrue from the first hour an item is overdue.
All borrowers are billed a replacement fee per item, reduced to $10.00/item maximum if the item is returned.
