Wood Hall main floor and Library lobby are complete; Café study area introduced;
Main entrance reopened

We would like to invite the campus community to visit and take a tour of the newly renovated main floor of the Library.  The circulation desk and music and audio-visual collections are now located in the south-west wing of the main floor.  There are four additional group study rooms, a new listening room and a viewing room (in development). A tiled area just inside the front door identifies the location of a Café, yet to be opened. Our Library Instruction Classroom has been renovated as well.

The Fall 2006 semester will see additional developments.  New furnishings have been ordered.  Café tables and chairs, comfortable leisure-reading chairs, plants, and additional study tables are just a few of the anticipated additions. We also anticipate equipping and opening our Multimedia Studio later this fall. The Café is scheduled for opening in Spring, 2007.  

Thank you for your patience as we continue the Library’s expansion and renovation project.
