The Information Commons (or "IC") is a library resource offering both reference and technical support for students, staff and faculty of the university. A full staff of Reference Librarians and IC Assistants are available to answer your questions. IC Assistants are available in the Commons area during all open hours of the library to help with technical support questions. Both Reference Librarians and IC Assistants are available to help with PacifiCat, the electronic catalog, as well as online databases and journals. If you are writing a research paper, scanning pictures or printing notes of Blackboard, the Information Commons staff is here to assist you!
The Information Commons is located on the main floor of the University Library. The Reference Librarian and IC Assistant are located toward the center of IC, next to the Print Station.
The Library Instruction Classroom is located to the right of the main entrance, through the hallway.
The IC is available for use during all of the hours that the Library is open. The regular hours are as follows:
Check the Library's Hours page for details and exceptions to this schedule.
