In addition to Academic Search Complete, try the following:

  • Arts and Humanities: Indexes articles, bibliographies, editorials, letters, reviews, and more from the leading arts and humanities journals
  • JSTOR Language & Literature: JSTOR is a not-for-profit organization with a dual mission to create and maintain a trusted archive of important scholarly journals, and to provide access to these journals as widely as possible
  • Literature Resource Center: In addition to authors, information on filmmakers is included.
  • MLA Intl. Bibliography: International database on language, literature, linguistics and folklore. Excellent resource for film-related articles as well.
  • Project Muse: Project MUSE was launched in 1995 by the Johns Hopkins University Press, to offer full text of JHUP scholarly journals via the world wide web.
